			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Video Training Workshop in Rural Southern Spain</strong><br />
All courses and subjects covered are completely adaptable and can be tailored depending upon the depth of knowledge of each student and what you want to learn.</p>
<p><strong>Course outlines</strong><br />
Six day course to briefly cover and learn every step along the way towards making a  very short digital film from beginning to end using your own idea as an example. Two days filming and four days editing.<span id="more-16"></span></p>
<p>Four day course to film or animate an edited sequence to upload onto the internet. Two days creating footage and two days editing.</p>
<p>Four day course to take some footage and make it into some clips and loops for vjing and learn how to mix video layers and edit live. Two days making footage and two days editing.</p>
<p><strong>Subjects Covered</strong><br />
Camera technique – Basic budgeting, character development, getting to know your camera and tripod, menu and settings. Story boarding and shot list, shooting styles, camera angles, panning, lighting and choosing back grounds. Viewing, logging and examining.<br />
Approx two 6 hour days at 150€ per day.</p>
<p>Editing – Choosing software, settings, digitising, capturing, importing, titles, getting to know tools and short cuts, organising clips, making sequences, transitions and visual effects, audio recording and mixing, exporting codecs for mastering and web, media managing and burning DVD’s with menus. Approx four days (6 hours each day) at 150€ per day.</p>
<p><strong>Equipment needed</strong><br />
Camera, tripod, computer with editing software (I recommend Final Cut Pro, Premier or Avid). 20Gb free hard drive space and blank DVD’s.</p>
<p>Extra hours/days optional for refining techniques at 25€ per hour.</p>
<p>You can expect to walk away from the course with a DVD of a digital film that you have made and information to empower you to go on to self study further.</p>
<p>Food and lodgings are not included but can be provided on request.</p>

<p><strong>Filming</strong><br />

<p><strong>Editing</strong><br />

Using your own footage from data DVD or tapes (possibly with clear instructions of which shots with timecode and or descriptions). Remember trawling through lots of different tapes takes time.<br />
More complicated editing (voice overs, sound editing, titles, subtitles or visual effects) will cost an extra 25€ per hour. Music is also extra (I can to talk to local composers and musicians for budgets or look at royalty free down loads).</p>
<p><strong>Voice Over And Studio Shoots</strong><br />
25€ per hour.<br />
Studio shoots involve head and shoulders against backdrop or in front of  blue screen for luma keying person over main film.</p>
<p><strong>Photography</strong><br />
Frame grabs (making stills from video) 25€ per hour.<br />
Re-sizing and cropping photos ready for publishing on web 25€ per hour.<br />
Photography 50€ per hour or each location, plus 1€ per km travel.<br />
If I am on location taking video, I can take photographs at the same time as one single charge.</p>
<p><strong>DVD copies</strong><br />
10€ per copy, included is printing on DVD.<br />
Graphic design is also available for inserts.</p>
